This poster has a very well known actor/model Cara Delevine which automatically entices the younger audience that are aware of Cara's fame. She is also extremely attractive which may bring in the young male audience to watch the film. The bright electic blue sky in the back creates a happy atmosphere as it is a nice day. Along the top of the poster is the selling point- "from the author of The fault in our stars" this is something that is going ot bringin viewers as it was the bgreatest film of 2014 in the UK and America for the teen audience.
The title of the film 'Paper Towns' is very unique which gets the audience thinking about the meaning behind the content. The font of title looks childish and scribbly representing the innocent nature of the film. The slogan above the title- "GET LOST GET FOUND" the use of the repetition of 'GET' gives it a rhythm and meaning and gives a hint to what the film is about. As as a viewer, humans read posters from left to right, Cara is seen first and therefore has been given prevalence
perhaps she gets lost and then found.
Her hair has been blown over the male's characters face which could show he dominance over him or the fact that she doesn't know who he is. He is also an unknown actor who is in the back ground perhaps suggesting he is a 'Nobody'. They both look fairly stern and are looking straight in to the eyes of the viewer which catches the audiences attention and grabs the audience focus.
